Better to go to the Zip Picker linked at http://www.djgpp.com/delorie/

DJGPP and also other C++ compilers are too humongous to send by e-mail, likely
to exceed ISP limits on maximum allowable message size. Besides, base64 or
uuencode, required to send binary attachments by e-mail, multiplies the file
size by 4/3, hence a bigger download than by ftp or http.
