OK, will it be better as I use a Linux-Floppy with the mkfs.msdos ? 
(curently I am experimenting with a Hard-Disk-Preparation-Tool

Thats right and if you have msdos 6.22 with the ados extension, 
you know, that it use around 5,8 MBytes only.

Yes too, but If I have only 4 KByte Clusters, I need three 125 MByte 
Partitions...

If I can get it running with 2 Kbyte Clusters it need only 2 Prtitions. 

Because I need 80.000 Clusters and I have then 131.000 Clusters.

Ufff !!! - Thats what I am missing. 

But how can I start it with Parameters ? 
It starts automaticly If I start a program...
