Hi,
my name is Steve Prud'Homme. And this is my first GNU project... so
i'm not a beginner in c prog but in this kind of prog yes and I don't no
where to begin.

DESCRIPTION

I want to creat a dos command line program that apply
a, software only, reverb on a .wav file.

This program must can be use with non sound card
computer.

This program will be a software only wav reverb
renderer...

I want to incorporate command line reverb
parameter.

Like example

fsprev xxx.wav -room 113

Anybody can help me?
What librairy shoud I use...
etc...
