This will allow you to set environment variables.

Make sure you have the latest version of the various packages because
executables dated before the 1-Dec-2002 are not fully XP compatiable.

If you are trying to get Rhide to work then go and grab the Rhide
1.5.0 shapshot from www.rhide.com

If you do upgrade to the latest files and you still have a problem
could you please indicate what the problem is and what you did to get
the problem to show.
