you have two options:

i. create a user path variable with the value:

c:\djgpp\bin;%PATH%

or,

ii. add c:\djgpp\bin; to your system PATH variable.

if you did (ii), did you accidentally replace the whole path instead of
appending?

you need to add you djgpp bin directory to the existing path, instead of
replacing it. change path by appending c:\djgpp\bin; (or the directory
where you installed djgpp on your computer) to the beginning of the
variable's contents.
