No susprise at all -- that's just a pretty obvious typo. Make that

	cin >> nCelsius;

and you should be in business.

You should usually try to avoid using both the traditional C <stdio.h>
and C++'s replacement of it, <iostream>, in the same source.  It'll cause
nothing but confusion.
