Charles,

Do you know how to solve the problem with STDOUT using
CMD.EXE WIN 2000 without using command.com

Thanks a lot,

Joseph

> > Everything went well however, when I run
command
> 'cat' or 'ls' (located
> > DJGPP/bin/ )or any commands that should dump
ASCII
> to the STDOUT
> > which in this case is DOS prompt (window),
it does
> not do it !!
>
> This isn't strictly true - you noted in another
> message that go32-v2
> gives you output - and it's a DJGPP image ...
(the 0
> swap is normal on 2K)
>
> > but when I run the command forcing the
output to a
> file like :
> > c:djgppinls >c:	mpmyfile
> > It works and I can see the result.
>
> What command shell are you using? CMD.EXE?
> Command.com? Third party?
> Which images give the appropriate output? Which
> ones don't?
> Are all the binaries which have problems dated
> December 2001 or later?
> Dates/times/which distribution? Are you sure the
> path is correct?
