You are running in WINDOZE and have ~316MiB of memory, right? This
is normal in this case. The interesting value in this case is the sum
of the two values.

You can't increase the value if you've left everything at default in
WINDOZE without adding more real memory (physically).

You aren't very likely to need more with more than 300MiB anyway. (If
you do, run in plain DOZE with CWSDPMI.)
