Yes. That's RSXNTDJ. Questions about RSXNTDJ is welcome here. However,
sadly, it seems most people have trouble with it and give up on
it and go with cygwin or MinGW32 instead. I'm not saying it's hopeless
and I hope you can get it to work if you decide to stick with it. But
there doesn't seem to be a lot of people here that know much about it.

I've never heard of gsasm. Perhaps gasm, the GNU assembler?
