If you had read this newsgroup recently, you'ld have recognized the
problem immediately: it's a case of broken installation of GCC 3.1
caused by not reading the DJGPP specific README that comes with it.
The DJGPP header files have to be patched a bit to allow GCC 3.1 to
work --- details in said README file.
