Most probably. I suspect it might also be able to use UMB, but
probably not anything above 1MiB.

No real ideas. But how much memory do you have? What does "mem/c" say?
Which version of CWSDPMI asre you using?

Any chance of you using EMM386 with "NOEMS NOVCPI"? (It should say
something else in this case, but...)
