I suggest that you check all of the versions & dates of the zips you
have downloaded against the closest simtel.net mirror to ensure that
you are:-
1) Using the latest version of the package
2) Using the W2K/XP compatible versions of the package, dated after
1-Dec-2001.

Once you do this then you should be up and running. By the way if you
are going to use rhide go and get the 1.5.0 snapshot from
www.rhide.com
