Got a new computer, downloading all the latest DJGPP stuff onto it using 
the zip picker.

Last night, I'm connected at 50666bps, getting near 4kcps download speeds.
Tonight, I'm connected at 50666bps and the throughput ranges from about 
1.5kcps to a measly 900cps or so. What gives?
