Not with me.  But IIRC, DJ keeps one at his site.

OTOH: if you don't even have sufficient docs about COFF yet, you
probably don't understand the difference between simple COFF and DXE
format, either.  So what could your decision against DXEGEN possibly
have been driven by, I wonder?
