Use the standard keys for any full screen dos app, been this way since
Win 3.0 days:-
	ALT-Enter to swap full screen / window

This works fine on all of the Rhide versions, including the ones that
are not compatible with XP. If you get the message about not finding
the Rhide environment variable then you need an upgrade.
