Made a really dumb mistake...

Actually, I was asking if there's any way to monitor the Windows clipboard
for changes (when text get copied to it) and to copy the text from the
Windows clipboard into my DOS program.

What I'm trying to do is to create a simple DOS program that can retrieve
URLs copied to Windows clipboard and save them as a text list separated by a
"\n".

No idea why my message body is missing. Sorry for the screw-up.
