If you have CWSDPMI (dpmi server) in the same directory, you can use FreeDOS. It 
also supports FAT32 and with DOSLFN you can also use long file names.

Another idea would be Dr-DOS. It has an DPMI server included. And there are also 
FAT32 drivers.

SB16 is the best..... but look at the Allegro Docs. There are the cards listed, 
which you can use.
