Did you read section 18.9 of the DJGPP FAQ list?  If not, perhaps some
advice there could help you find the problem.

Also, when the program crashes, does it print something?  If so, please post
here the exact text that is displayed when the program crashes, there might
be some important clues in that text as to the nature of the problem.
