You'll have to post more details.  I think a complete environment
listing is needed to diagnose this case.  You may have environment
variables from other GCC ports to Windows (Cygwin, MinGW, DevC++)
sitting around --- a bad thing that has to be avoided religiously.  Or
maybe your RSXNTDJ installation is simply bodged and incompatible with
a GCC-2.95.2 based DJGPP installation.
