Here's the ones I know about:

* May use long file names even when DJGPP won't (NT)

* May put each zip file in its own subdirectory instead of the
  directory you specify.

* May or may not preserve the directory structure of the zip file.

pkzip is similar, in that it never uses long file names even when
DJGPP will.
