In DOS: no. But in DJGPP, there is.  It's called BASH, and it's at the
same download place you found DJGPP itself.

A note of caution: you should thoroughly re-think any usage of libgpp.
libgpp is considered a dead project, and the version of C++ it's based
on is long since deprecated.  I wouldn't be surprised at all if libgpp
didn't work any more with modern GCC versions.

Most, if not all of the things done by genclass back the are done
differently now.
