Hi,
allegro programs are almost always crashing under Win2k (while starting 
graphics mode). But ther is a very easy way to prevent this :-)
Only set djgpp-applicatio to run always in full-screen (program.exe -> 
Preferences -> Window -> FullScreen) and every thing will be fine :)
