comp.os.msdos.djgpp is not a server bu a group in UseNet.

Newsgroups do not live on the Web (you can access them through something 
like http://groups.google.com/, though).

You need to configure your news reader to use your ISP's news server. Then 
possibly update your newsrc or "List of newsgroups", then find 
comp.os.msdos.djgpp.
