I have a program that can currently be controlled by keys only. Now I want
to add the possibility of using the mouse and menu-bar. It seems however
that with do_dialog(d_menu_proc, .....) control goes completely to the menu,
with no processor time left for my application.

How can I simply add menu functionality to my existing program?
(I could define the part below the menu-bar as a d_box_proc but I doubt if
this is the best way to go.
