Launch Notepad (or any other text editor), type these 5 lines, then
click "Save As" and type "c:\djgpp\djgpp.bat" (with the quotes!).
Click OK.  Finally create a shortcut to this batch by right-clicking
on your desktop and selecting New->Shortcut.

That's it!
