I am trying to install C++ Weekend Crash Course CD.  The questionnaire ask 
which operating system I am using. The pull down menu with list of systems, 
does not have Windows 2000, which I am using, nor does it allow me to type it 
in. What should I do to install the program CD? Thank you for your help.
