In RHIDE, how do I add extra parameters to its call to gcc (not sure if I
worded that right).  For instance, if I want it to use the -ansi parameter,
how do I force it to do this EVERY single time it calls gcc/gpp from now on?
Do I have to use a default project?  Please say no.
