DJGPP port of gcc-3.0.2 uses preprocessor command option -remap to remap
names of header files like c++config.h. So it looks that either -remap is
not passed to preprocessor or there is some other installation problem.

Please compile some C++ example using compiler option -v and post output
of gcc here
