Make sure You don't have old libstdcxx.a from previous compiler version 
(eg. gcc-2.95.3) in lib directory. The location of C++ standard library is now 
lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.02/libstdcxx.a for DJGPP port of gcc-3.0.2
