I was wondering that same, too. Why not use V3 sub-directory! It should be better
way to separate all earlier libs.
Can you explain again that other week explanation?

P.S. Are You, George having a new hoppy with freeware compilers (C90 and so on..)
while not golfing ;-) ? I noticed, that they use C programming language to
peaceful purposes (make love not war, or sometihing like that), too! Anyway, You
won and best wishes in the future!
