If you used GNU/Linux, you already know everything you need.  Just 
download and install v2gnu/bsh204b.zip from one of the DJGPP sites, and 
use it as if it were on GNU/Linux.

The other packages mentioned in this thread are also available from the 
same place; see the file 00_index.txt for the names of the zip files.
