I think that you haven't looked very hard yet... first off, "gcc --help" will give you a subset and briefs thereof.  "info gcc invoking" would be your next step, then visit "http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/".
You also haven't mentioned which version of gcc you want help with.
