Thanks for your welcomed email regarding the issues of
16 vs 32 bit; however this is precisely why I'm doing these
"benchmark" tests in the first place:
To See For Myself...and examine performance issues up close.

At this point, and I'm far from done, I am somewhat disappointed
with vc1.5x.  I will continue to see what use I can put it to.

Like it or not, there are many uses for pure DOS environments,
and 16 / 32 bit compatibility should always be a consideration.
it's not just my opinion, it is simply good sense.
