This clearly says you are running the Borland's version of the Make
utility instead of the DJGPP port of GNU Make.  Borland Make is
incompatible with GNU Make, so it will never work.  Reshuffle your
PATH to get the right Make, or maybe download and install
v2gnu/mak3791b.zip from the DJGPP site.
