I checked http://www.psrv.com/lnxf90.html and it works. 
They even ask: 
"Non-x86 Linux Platforms. We do not currently intend to make a free personal
version available on non-x86 systems. Let us know if you are interested in a
professional version for any other platforms."

Would someone ask, if they are eager to do F90 to Dos?
