Don't do that. They almost certainly won't work.

Downloading header files alone hardly ever solves any problem. You
need the *library* sitting behind that interface, and in this
particular case, you'll have to compile the sources of that library
with your cross-compiler, too, if you don't get a binary distribution
meant for use with DJGPP of them.

Maybe you'll have to reconsider what "cross-compiling" really means.
