Okay,

I finally got everything running.  But I still have a few questions.

1:  I still can't run a program from RHIDE.  I can compile with no errors,
but Run is greyed out in the menu.  RHIDE just creates an object file and
there is no EXE file.

2:  I ran the demo and all other programs for Allegro.  Why does Allegro
report back that MIDI and sound can't be played through the Sound Blaster at
the same time?  I have to set up my MIDI to play through MPU-401.  Does this
have some reason to do with me having WindowsMe?
