It's pretty similar to Win98, with two main caveats:

 - You need to use msconfig.exe to set environment variables instead of
   editing autoexec.bat
 - Make sure you have 512MB RAM or less (though that would be a
requirement
   on Win98 also); otherwise, you'll need to use msconfig.exe to set
Windows
   to use no more than, say, 500MB - otherwise, you won't be able to
open
   any DOS boxes
