This one is hard I think. Perhaps

db 	ADDRESS_OR_OPERAND_SIZE_PREFIX
lea 	$count, eax

will do it. Not sure which size prefix you should use. Note that the
above sequence doesn't make much sense as your in 32-bit protected
mode. Just why would you want to lea a 16-bit register?
