Please direct these questions to the vendor who produced the CDROM (the 
same vendor who sells the book).  DJGPP does not include an installation 
program, it includes installation instructions which are very simple: 
unzip the files from one place, set an environment variable, and that's 
it.  See the file README.1ST (which I hope is on the CD as well).  
Perhaps you could use the same installation procedure with the CD, I 
don't know.

The installation program which came with the book is not part of the 
DJGPP project, so we cannot help you using it.  Personally, I never saw 
that installer in action and don't know anything about it.
