I am developer of Alternative Transients Program, all GNU
versions.

The program is available in a lot of platforms, and GNU
compilers (FORTRAN and C) allow me to work under DOS
(djgpp), Win32 (Mingw32) and Linux.

I have not at exact number of users, but may be a total of
10000 in all world, and the major quantity is under Win32,
say 90%, and 5% under DOS (I am in this 5%), 5% under
Linux. There are other Win32 compiler versions too,
(Salford, Lahey, Watcom), the 90% includes all compiler
brands.
