Both the binutils bfd library archive (bnu2112a.zip) and the gdb 5.00
binary archive (gdb500b.zip) have copies of info/bfd.i* files. The
ones in binutils are newer (binutils are 6-26-01, gdb are 5-18-00),
but since I unpacked gdb500b.zip after unpacking bnu2112a.zip, I have
the earlier versions in my info directory.

Should I unpack bnu2112a.zip again to get the more current versions of
those files?

TIA for your advice.
