That's a bug in GeForce BIOSes, I remmeber a user that was trying to find
volunteers to test a workaround:

Yes but
1) Using projects is recommended.
2) Try going to Project|Close and this will enable the grayed options, that's
because you have a default project in the bin directory.

What's "builtin" libraries? do you mean libc? RHIDE gives help about it.

Try opening a help window and press Ctrl+D you'll go the documentation
directory.
