Section 8.3 of the FAQ describes several popular reasons for this 
lossage.  The top 2 suspects are: your source file has a .c extension, 
not .cc or .cpp, so the compiler doesn't look into the C++ include 
directory; or you unzipped the distribution with WinZip.
