Writing a game on VC++ for first time... I need to know a few things have
searched net and help w/ no luck.  I have a dialog based program... I need
to know how to make the dialog open maximized when a user runs it, how to
make the buttons move when dialog box is sized, how to attach a toolbar, and
how to make my .txt file open when the user pushes help.  Am a programming
student, would appreciate the help.
