First, take a look at section 18.9 of the FAQ: it should explain some
of the basics of writing hardware interrupt handlers with DJGPP.  That
section also mentions several tutorials which could help you.

In addition, every DJGPP program installs a keyboard handler right in
its startup code (to support Ctrl-C).  So you could look at the file
exceptn.S that is part of djlsr203.zip archive, and see a working
example of a keyboard handler.
