This is a well known problem caused by a timing
loop on fast processors (as Nate Eldredge has
pointed out already).

The culprit is the unit Crt.
AFAIK it is possible to patch such executables.

( BTW, what search string did you input at GOOGLE?
  I used "runtime error 200 turbo pascal" and got more
  than 1300 hits... )
