I apologize. 1.478 IS the source I started from.  The infview library and 
the source for the editor is not included in that source distribution. 
 Specifically there is a class reference to TInfViewer, and no definition 
for it in the source.  The 1.4.7 was listed as the latest beta version of 
RHIDE according to RH's web site.  If that is not the case, someone should 
let him know so he can change it.  See URL below.

1.4.6 (and also 1.4.7) is very old

SetEdit is a separate project and is available from DJGPP distribution
(sources v2apps/edi0441s.zip). You will also need TVision
(v2tk/tv1010s.zip). RHIDE-1.4.[67] contains old version of libset.

You may also try latest update of RHIDE (v2apps/rh1478s.zip and
v2apps/rh1478b.zip). It's is much newer and is based on SetEdit-0.4.41
