Did you read the part about creating a default project ?

In short, you need to create an empty project in the \bin directory, set all
you options, preferences, paths, whatever and save this as rhide.gpr. This
way, every time you start rhide without any command line parameters, or
everytime you make a new project, rhide will set all these options,
preferences, paths, whatever to what you made them in the default project.

HTH
