Well, some more information about my problem:

"examples do not work" means that no thread switch is done. LWP 2.0's
example1.c that probably should print
MAIN
PROC1
PROC2
PROC3
...

only prints 

MAIN
MAIN
...

BTW, when I press any key to end the example, I get following output
Exiting due to signal SIGSEGV
Page fault at eip=000059b4, error=0006
eax=...

Did anyone use preemptive multithreading with djgpp successfully?
